Our journey started in 2013, when we opened our first gelato lab.
A small space that was our home for ten years: endless flavor experiments, a few setbacks, plenty of wins, and so many customers who chose us and grew with us along the way.
At some point, though, life in the shop started to feel limiting.
We like to move, meet people, and be part of their special moments.
In 2015, we bought our first gelato cart.
We’ll never forget our first event: one of the most beautiful… and one of the most demanding.
We had to transport the cart on a barge across the lake, loading and unloading everything by hand, up endless flights of stairs.
But then came the music, the lake in front of us, the bride and groom dancing, and guests enjoying our gelato.
That’s when it clicked — this was exactly what we wanted to do.
Since then, our cart — together with us — has traveled thousands of miles, served tons of gelato, and brought smiles to hundreds of people.
